About the role We are looking for a strategic, data-obsessed, and results-driven Product Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our growth-focused PMM efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing marketers dedicated to optimizing the user journey and scaling our global impact. You will be the bridge between Marketing, Product, and Creative, turning data insights into high-converting experiences. If you have a proven track record of moving the needle on revenue through CRO, experimentation, and funnel optimization, and you thrive on mentoring talent in a fast-paced environment, this is for you. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing within a B2C SaaS or high-growth tech environment. Proven leadership: 1-2 years of experience in team management Growth mastery: A proven track record of driving measurable growth through experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimization across global markets. Analytical mindset: Expert-level ability to leverage data to generate hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and make informed, data-backed decisions. Hands-on experimentation: Extensive experience planning and running structured A/B tests and growth experiments. Communication: Fluent English at a native level, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations. Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, specifically within the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI.
