Description

We´re looking for a Product Masterdata Administrator for an assignment in Gothenburg. Main Areas of Responsibility Master data coordination and administration – supporting projects related to new product launches and changes to existing products by completing and maintaining product data in ERP and MDM systems. Ensuring accurate and correct product data for labeling and specifications used in manufacturing processes. Deliverables and Delivery Timeline Accurate and complete product data across all relevant systems and specification documents for all products included in projects where the Product Master Data Administrator is involved. Delivery according to each project’s defined timeline. Requirements Education Education within areas such as Information Systems Science, or a combination of technology, logistics, and business/economics with a focus on IT, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. Previous experience working with ERP systems is required, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Language Skills Fluent English, both written and spoken. Competencies and Skills Experienced user of ERP systems with a solid overall understanding of IT systems High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel Strong ability to understand the big picture while maintaining attention to detail, with a strong drive to ensure complete and accurate product data Excellent ability to maintain structure and accuracy in documentation Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong prioritization skills, enabling focus on the most critical tasks at the right time Ability to understand, evaluate, and determine what information needs to be shared with stakeholders Independent problem solver with strong collaboration skills Fast learner Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly formulate and present messages both verbally and in writing Ability to make oneself easily understood Personal Attributes Professional and task-oriented, while also being social and comfortable working with a wide range of people.
