Northern Reflections is looking for a Product Merchandise Admin to support our retail business in coordinating and executing product photoshoots, maintaining accurate product information, and assisting with various merchandising and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Associate Buyer, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion! It is an exciting role to learn more about both marketing and merchandising functions and grow experience in an iconic Canadian retailer.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate in marketing/fashion management
  • Proficient in MS Office (mainly Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication-written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Passion for learning and developing a career in fashion and retail marketing
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Support in coordinating and scheduling all aspects of eCommerce photoshoots on monthly and quarterly timelines.
  • Partner with merchandising team to coordinate sample delivery, verification and providing outfit styling recommendations to the production team
  • Support the e-com assistant with regular e-com product load processes by creating web content documents, uploading relevant web images and maintaining a high quality check on product pages
  • Support e-com assistant with post-shoot tasks, including but not limited to sample management, image selects, image file management and coordination with studio teams.
  • Conduct routine website sweep for errors, discrepancies and merchandising optimization to ensure high-quality web content and user experience.
  • Point of contact for web product content inquiries from cross functional partners.
  • Support the Marketing team with sample collections and coordination for special projects initiatives.
  • Sample maintenance of all merchandising racks for fit samples past and current season including the fit room.
  • Input bullet points on Web for basic programs.
  • Update all fashion line sheets with SKU #, style # and retails
