We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities. ROLE MISSION We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Product Merchandising & Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our growing product ecosystem. This role will lead end-to-end merchandising and operational delivery across FlightStory products, including The Diary of a CEO product range. You will oversee stock management, operational planning, customer experience coordination, supplier and partner management, and product launch execution - ensuring products are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are met, and operations can scale effectively as the business grows. This is a critical hire that will create operational leverage across the business by freeing senior leadership from day-to-day operational administration and building stronger systems, structure, and accountability across the product function. KEY OUTCOMES Own stock management and inventory planning across all product lines, ensuring strong availability while minimising overstock risk Manage operational delivery across ecommerce, fulfilment, customer service, and wholesale channels Coordinate external operational partners including customer service and 3PL/distribution providers Support B2B and wholesale operations, including distribution relationships and contract coordination Ensure successful operational execution of new product launches from planning through to delivery Improve operational processes, reporting, and workflows to support scalability and efficiency Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve issues across fulfilment, stock, logistics, and customer experience Partner closely with ecommerce, growth, and product teams to ensure smooth execution across launches and ongoing trading activity Create structure and operational clarity that enables the wider product team to focus on growth and innovation CORE COMPETENCIES Ecommerce operations experience, ideally within a Shopify environment Strong stock management and merchandising capability Excellent operational organisation and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple external suppliers and operational partners simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and calm execution under pressure Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling business environment YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF You enjoy bringing order, structure, and accountability to fast-growing environments You are highly detail-oriented and naturally proactive You stay positive and solutions-focused when problems arise You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution You are motivated by improving systems, processes, and customer outcomes You thrive in collaborative, entrepreneurial businesses where priorities evolve quickly IDEAL BACKGROUND Experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, or product operations within a consumer brand or high-growth business Experience managing stock, fulfilment, and customer service operations Exposure to wholesale or B2B operational processes and contracts Shopify experience strongly preferred Retail background from large brands would be advantageous Experience working with Amazon agencies or marketplace operations is a plus Background working with 3PLs, distribution partners, or operational service providers preferred Job Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: London (Onsite)
