We are seeking a Product Messaging Specialist to join our Brand & Content team. As part of a team that focuses on Brand and Product copywriting, you’ll be focused on one of our brands. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how our appliances are represented to the marketplace. The position is responsible for creating accurate, engaging, and customer-friendly product copy, copywriting and messaging. You will produce work that balances technical accuracy with brand storytelling, helping customers make confident purchase decisions while strengthening our position in the market. You’ll be a central point of expertise, working closely with Global Product Management, Product Development, Marketing and Legal. Your role will include: Writing clear, compelling product descriptions, feature breakdowns, specifications, and comparisons. Translating technical information into customer-friendly messaging across channels including web, e-commerce, SEO, AI search, and POS retail. Ensuring all copy aligns with our brand voice and meets compliance requirements. Partnering with stakeholders across product, brand, marketing and legal to find practical, creative solutions that meet business, legal and customer needs. Capturing deep technical insights from product managers and turning them into structured knowledge banks that support campaigns and brand strategy. Exploring new tools and platforms – including AI – to improve personalisation and customer engagement. This role is both creative and collaborative, requiring someone who can plan and prioritise effectively, contribute to projects proactively, and advocate for the brand while staying detail-focused and legally compliant. Who are you? We’re looking for a copywriter or someone with a relevant background, with strong writing skills, a technical mindset, and a flair for brand storytelling. You’ll be comfortable working across functions, confident in translating complex information into engaging content, and motivated by the opportunity to influence how customers connect with our products. You’ll be confident working with product information at scale in a systematic way. And have experience with Excel and/or an enterprise DAM.
