Description
We’re on the hunt for a sharp and creative Product Monetization Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in maximizing revenue while ensuring a fun, rewarding experience for our players. You’ll help shape how monetization fits into the game—both through ongoing optimization and by designing new strategies and features that align with player behavior and company goals. What you’ll do: - Develop, test and implement monetization strategies for new and existing game features. - Work with the Economy, analytics and LiveOps teams to define feature rollouts, in-game economy balance, promotional planning, and communication. - Lead A/B testing and experimentation for monetization strategies and LiveOps features. - Identify opportunities to improve monetization beyond standard models already in place. - Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, and LiveOps to ensure smooth launches and ongoing feature success. - Track performance closely, using data to guide decisions and optimize KPIs. Requirements - Experience in monetization, product, or a related analytical role—ideally in gaming or other data-driven B2C products. - Deep understanding of F2P game monetization and player behavior. - Proven ability to design, run and analyze product or monetization experiments. - Strong analytical thinking and data fluency. - Being able to translate strategic vision and high level business goals into operational execution. - Proven track record in improving monetization of B2C apps, preferably games. - Excellent communication skills in English. - High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ownership mindset. - A collaborative spirit, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
