We are looking for a Product Ops Specialist who will be responsible for managing operational aspects of products or feature areas and driving their success from implementation to ongoing support. At this stage, you will begin to develop operational strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on product goals. You will define operational requirements, prioritize improvements based on business impact, and ensure that product operations run smoothly. You will regularly interact with stakeholders, balancing user needs, operational demands, and business objectives to deliver value. Product Operations & Efficiency: Drive cross-functional efficiencies, resolve complex operational issues to improve system reliability, and analyze product processes for inefficiencies and toil. Data-Driven Improvement: Conduct user research and leverage data-driven approaches to inform operational decisions, providing key feedback to the Product Manager. Risk & Quality Assurance: Be accountable for identifying and mitigating operational risks, leading user acceptance processes (UAT), and contributing to incident management and data governance. Support & Strategic Vision: Prioritize user feedback for product improvements, develop and track process efficiency metrics, and contribute to Go-To-Market strategies. Ownership & Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in critical operational areas, driving substantial improvements, and actively sharing knowledge by mentoring junior team members. Strategic Alignment: Develop work plans, analyze user engagement to inform product strategy, and align operational processes with strategic product goals and KPIs. Organizational Influence: Lead alignment on operational goals within cross-functional teams and apply systems thinking to ensure operational strategies meet broader product goals.
