We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to streamline our product organization, improve workflows, and scale operations as YAZIO continues to grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own and lead Product Operations in a rapidly expanding company, ensuring that our Product, Engineering and Design teams can do their best work. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Agile Coaching, ideally in a fast-growing product organization.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes and operational best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in process optimization and strategic problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment, ensuring effective async communication and documentation.
