Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Product Operations Manager, reporting to the VP, Product, will support the Product & Engineering Group and their go-to-market counterparts to improve alignment, communications, and processes around our products and way of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, recommend, and implement best practices, continuing education, processes, and tooling enabling the product team to be efficient, effective, and consistent
  • Work cross-functionally to develop, document, maintain, and improve product-related processes and experiences, especially with product marketing, business operations, and engineering
  • In partnership with Product Leadership, drive training, awareness, understanding and consistency in the use of optimal tools and streamlined processes by Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Maintain templates, guidelines, references, and resources for the Product & Engineering Group
  • Streamline critical routines, tasks, and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Administer the product tech stack and tools and ensure adoption
  • Developing and maintaining a continuing education program for product roles
  • Supporting onboarding of newly hired team members and integration of acquired product teams
  • Researching and organizing information on product management best practices
  • Support product launch readiness and enablement when launching new features and user experiences
  • Support the creation and publishing of product feature documentation and release notes
