  • Track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive operating rhythm and decision-making.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to define and drive the operational framework for how Product works at Hyperlayer. This role will establish processes, metrics, dashboards, and ways of working that align Product and Engineering, enabling teams to deliver against strategy with clarity and discipline.
The ideal candidate combines data-driven rigor with operational excellence, ensuring the product organization runs smoothly, measures what matters, and continuously improves execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ways of Working

  • Define and implement operating rhythms, workflows, and best practices across Product and Engineering.
  • Manage backlog hygiene, ticket creation, sprint cadence, and release processes.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment with clear decision logs, change logs, and governance rituals.

Metrics & Insights

  • Build and own the Product Metrics Framework, defining core KPIs across adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with PMs and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking of usage, adoption, and customer outcomes.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable narratives that influence product decisions.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into roadmap progress, delivery health, and product performance.
  • Drive transparency for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through consistent reporting frameworks.

Experimentation & Validation

  • Support PMs in designing and tracking experiments, pilots, and A/B tests.
  • Combine quantitative data and qualitative research to validate ideas and identify opportunities.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance to align roadmaps with resource planning and OKRs.
  • Act as the operational bridge between strategy and execution — ensuring product vision translates into measurable outcomes.
