Description
We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced Product Operations Manager (P2P Payment/ Crypto). Key Responsibilities Analyze P2P transaction processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a seamless user journey. Develop and manage strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to identify challenges and drive operational improvements. Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to launch innovative features and align the platform with market needs. Collaborate with the customer service team to create effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) for resolving issues, minimizing customer complaints. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in managing P2P, fiat, or payment operations, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech industries. Prior experience working in crypto exchanges or global e-commerce platforms. Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
