Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Product Ops Analyst for Italy you will report into our Senior Product Operations Manager and you will be responsible for key analytical tasks, helping us turn data into insights and insights into recommended action for our physical product. Essential tasks include but are not limited to: creating Tableau dashboards, menu planning support, recipe budgeting, metric reporting, and ad hoc insights analyses that support team efficiency and broader strategic improvements. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is data-driven with strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. This person must be proactive, team-oriented, and at ease navigating a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will support the Culinary team in the continuous improvement of its processes to enable it to become more efficient
  • You will be involved in the improvement of the team’s main KPI’s at a quarterly, monthly, and weekly level through in-depth analysis targeted to improve the customer experience and reduce errors
  • Run in-depth retention-focused analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development, strategic initiatives, and optimization
  • Own menu planning constraint optimization leveraging customer insights and recipe performance data
  • Create and track reports on recipe expectation vs realized performance, to gather retrospective learnings on what works well
  • Create automated tools to help the team save time and highlight successes, failures, trends, and opportunities
  • Own data-intregity by developing and maintaining dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor product performance and key metrics
  • Lead quarterly recipe budgeting within timely execution, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders like culinary, finance, menu planning, and procurement
  • Contribute to the creation of business cases for new product type launches or expansions
