Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable product operations processes, systems, and cadences that enhance speed, alignment, and delivery
  • Manage and evolve the product tooling ecosystem (e.g. Jira, Slite, Slack, and more), ensuring it meets the growing needs of the product org
  • Facilitate roadmap visibility and progress tracking to improve transparency and strategic alignment
  • Drive adoption of modern AI and automation tools that eliminate repetitive work and accelerate feedback loops
  • Continuously improve the flow of information, surfacing insights and feedback that sharpen execution and decision-makin
  • Architect and scale product workflows that keep teams aligned globally; from sprint planning and launch cycles to feedback loops and retrospectives
  • Select, implement, and manage the suite of product and collaboration tools, building adoption strategies and governance
  • Standardise documentation, templates, and best practices; creating playbooks that support consistency and scale across the product org
  • Maintain single source of truth for product planning and portfolio visibility, ensuring everyone works from the same, up-to-date context
