What You’ll Do: As a key player in our product journey, you’ll collaborate across departments—including Merchandising, Operations, Sales, Approvals, Design, and Product Development—to bring product opportunities to life with precision and purpose. Your role will be essential in ensuring our products meet both customer expectations and Ripple Junction’s creative standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Apparel and Accessory industry experience preferred

To successfully meet the performance objectives of the position, an individual must be able to successfully perform each essential duty. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

• Work with Merchandising, Operations, Sales, Approvals, Design and Product Development teams to guide product opportunities through quoting, factory placement, and sampling stages.
• Assist with review of tech packs and production art prior to sampling to ensure all details are reflective of customer and RJ intentions for project.
• Ensure that vetted inquiries are quoted with various vendors, while working with vendors on cost and time saving options to support our margin and speed-to-market goals. Work to align product opportunities with best vendors for the job.
• Track samples and coordinate needed updates and changes with PD Teams and Vendors.
• Facilitate project timelines and provide internal teams with updates on open and outstanding action items.
• Assist with the development and upkeep of our product data and product stages in our internal systems to support product’s status from vetted opportunity to ready for production.
