As Product Owner you will focus on the development of an AI driven aftersales platform that delivers valuable insights to mechanics on site, as well as planners and customers by bridging business needs with technical capabilities. This project is called “Mechanic of the Future” for which you will develop and maintain the vision and roadmap while aligning on functionality with the Group Data Manager. You will also collaborate closely with a cross functional productteam of data-engineers and scientists, as well as cloud engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Report on value and impact to the Manager Product Support EMEA and other senior stakeholders.
• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize development based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategy.
• Translate user needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments and track product impact.
• Lead backlog management, planning sessions, and MVP rollouts.
• Drive user feedback loops, validate functionalities, and report progress.Maintain code and documentation using Azure DevOps or GitHub
