ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure that AI and Generative AI solutions comply with relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies, incorporating relevant insights into product development.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions, working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct project closure and evaluation, documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the AI or Generative AI space.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
• Experienced in using AI capabilities like LLMs and marketing optimization tools.
• Good understanding of the Cloud and how AI is created and managed.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience procuring and onboarding new technologies into a business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experienced in crafting Business Requirements Documentation and working with Engineering Squads to develop new capabilities.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards related to AI and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience using various AI tools or building new AI solutions.
• Business Analysts experience in requirements gathering.
• Previous experience working with developers / AI engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is helpful.
• Ability to present or facilitate training to large groups.
