Take Ownership:

  • Finn for Eva: Ensuring bunq users can easily interact with our AI Personal Assistant for everyday banking tasks, such as obtaining annual statements, ordering credit cards, and uploading documents.

Furthermore you will be responsible for:

  • Product Development: Leading end-to-end AI product creation, from concept to market, optimizing both the backend and frontend to guarantee top performance.
  • User Experience: Designing intuitive AI features that guide users through their banking journey smoothly, ensuring Finn delivers clear, accurate responses to their questions about account setup, features, and everyday tasks.
  • AI Advocacy: Championing the value of AI, communicating its benefits to all stakeholders, ensuring Finn becomes a vital part of every user’s bunq experience.
