This role sits within our Digital Technology (DT) organization and partners closely with Global Supply Chain business users and DT Product Owners to bring intelligent, data-driven products to life — spanning costing, quality, planning, and sourcing domains across Global Supply Chain. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Support End-to-End Product Ownership Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI and data products in your scope: shaping requirements, supporting design, coordinating development, testing, release, and continuous improvement Maintain and refine the product backlog in alignment with the Supply Chain AI Product roadmap Product Roadmap and Strategy Translate business needs and user feedback into clear use cases, supporting the strategic roadmap owned by the Director, Data Product Management .Assist in developing product concepts, value assessments, and prioritization proposals — with a lens on business value and AI/ML feasibility Product Design Plan and conduct user research and interviews with Global Supply Chain stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs — translating insights directly into product decisions. Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent and validate concepts with users before development begins; partner with technical teams to co-design AI-powered solutions that deliver the best end-to-end user experience. Product Development Collaborate within an Agile team framework and participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Architects, Data/ AI/ Digital Engineers, and QA testers to ensure alignment on features, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Bridge the gap between AI/ML model outputs and front-end user experience — ensuring predictions and recommendations are explainable, actionable, and trusted. Benefits Realization and Product Performance Support monitoring of product KPIs and release-specific success metrics, including model accuracy, user adoption, and measurable business impact. Work with business COE teams to support user adoption and ensure smooth experience of delivered AI products and features Data Governance and Quality Ensure requirements and features align with VF's data governance policies, business definition standards, and AI ethics guidelines. Assist in monitoring data integrity and raising issues proactively for remediation. Product Management and Partnership Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and value outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Support planning of product releases and coordinate expectations for upcoming features. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support delivery quality and performance. How you will do it Engage with Supply Chain business users to gather product needs and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features. Connect roadmap priorities to incremental product development and ensure transparency in backlog prioritization. Help define metrics that measure value once an AI product or feature is released — including model performance and business outcome measures. Serve as a bridge between technical teams (data science, engineering, architecture, testing) and business teams across Global Supply Chain. Validate product outcomes by grounding decisions in user needs, business impact, and data insights. Foster an organized, collaborative, and Agile delivery rhythm within the team What success looks like: You develop a clear understanding of VF's AI product portfolio, supply chain users, and the digital opportunities within Global Supply Chain — contributing meaningfully to the Data Product roadmap. You help ship reliable, trusted, and well-adopted AI products and features that strengthen VF's Data & AI transformation. Stakeholders view you as a dependable partner who brings clarity, structure, and thoughtful recommendations. You build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, global digital teams, and delivery partners. Product delivery becomes more efficient through well-groomed backlogs, clear documentation, and smoother sprint execution. What we expect you already have: Years of related professional experience: Minimum 5 years, with demonstrated experience in data or AI product ownership or management. Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees in a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Practical experience in product management, Scrum, and Agile delivery — ideally on data-intensive or AI/ML products Skilled in leveraging AI tools for product management and day-to-day productivity enhancement. Experienced in using AI to redesign or optimize workflows and achieve measurable outcomes Business acumen developed within a Supply Chain domain — knowledge of costing, quality, sourcing, planning, or logistics is highly valued.Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and translating findings into product requirements, user stories, and design decisions A strong sense for front-end design and user experience — you have an instinct for what makes a data product feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful, and you bring that perspective into every product decision. Sufficient understanding of AI/ML concepts to engage credibly with data scientists and evaluate feasibility of AI-driven features — you don't need to write the models, but you need to ask the right questions Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively and influence across multiple stakeholdergroups. Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Azure, Databricks, AWS, Tableau, or PowerBI. Confidence to raise concerns, challenge ambiguity, and make balanced recommendations Integrity and courageousness — willing to say “No” when needed to protect product value and company interest Empathy and inclusiveness, with the ability to navigate multi-cultural, multi-stakeholder environments. An end-to-end mindset with great attention to detail. What we will teach you: Leading Agile product management and the AI data product development lifecycle in VF's digital environment.
