TEAM DESCRIPTION

Join Anaplan’s Modeling & Applications group as a Product Owner within the Core Data team, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management for Modeling. Based in our York, UK office, this team is responsible for developing and managing the core data infrastructure that powers Anaplan’s modeling engine. You’ll work closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure data capabilities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven track record with data management solutions (e.g., RDBMS, data lakes, warehouses)
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or other modeling/planning tools
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and product roadmap creation
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and prioritizing technical initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with in-memory or proprietary database platforms
  • Exposure to secure data serialization and encryption techniques
  • Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and systems thinking
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, globally distributed teams
