Description

Strong project management skills (e.g. ability multitask and manage several deliverables concurrently) Ability to work in a fast paced, global, disparate team environment Willing to dive into a problem space and to go outside their comfort zone to learn and push the team to do the same Past exposure to financial SW development projects and vendor products/commercial packages Ability to document/communicate complex topics via various channels (Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, etc) Ability to manage multiple projects and resource allocations within expected timelines to meet deliverables Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story Deep understanding of secure product lifecycles Expertise of Scrum/Agile as it relates to Product Owner activities Experience working with technical & finance business teams and sufficient tech depth to engage in problem solving with delivery teams and understanding of finance acumen (knowledge of treasury/capital/equity a plus) Fluent about key cloud technologies and the terminology around them; eager to learn more about how/when cloud delivery can amplify impact Ability to manage, process and apply information quickly and accurately to generate insights and next steps Proven organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking skills
