We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Business Analyst to join our Digital team in a full-time permanent position. As an experienced AI Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across AFG, to elicit business requirements and influence solutions that drive business value and deliver strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Participate in discovery sessions to identify and define business problems, assess AI suitability and readiness, define scope, and prioritise opportunities based on desirability, feasibility, and business value.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus group sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business, UX and technical requirements.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise use cases that deliver customer, business, and operational value.
• Establish traceability to outcomes, customer journeys, and value streams.
