Key experience:

• 8+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally within Financial Services, FinTech, Banking or Payments.
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through to delivery and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of financial services products, processes and regulatory environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance and senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
