Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

  • Act as a product manager for our clients, balancing the client’s strategy with the business, technical and user needs to deliver excellent digital products and services and work closely with BAs, UX, user research, technical teams, change managers and business operational teams to understand pain points and opportunities within products and services - focusing on the full end to end journey
  • Have deep empathy for users / customers and work closely with user researchers to structure research to find user needs and pain points, work with UX colleagues to create and test prototypes. Translate insight, customer needs and product strategy into an actionable product roadmap and backlog
  • Create and prioritise product and service roadmaps and backlogs, balancing all different viewpoints whilst being pragmatic and confident with decisions. Able to take a product through its full lifecycle from inception to live, working with stakeholders, product designers and engineers to iteratively release and adapt a product that is valuable, usable, feasible and viable.
  • Own and develop metrics to determine performance and benefits, working with performance analysts, be data driven with decisions and outcomes
  • Research and develop a compelling business case for a product and deliver that product in a way that is financially and commercially viable and analyse the external market and competition to identify opportunities, work with marketing teams as required
