Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be at the centre of defining and delivering impactful digital products that bring real value to clients and end users. You will partner closely with stakeholders and product managers to align vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, ensuring that development teams are empowered to deliver solutions that solve real customer challenges. By applying a data-driven approach and keeping the customer at the heart of the product lifecycle, you will help shape priorities that maximise value and drive growth.
You will be supported by CGI’s collaborative culture and given the space to own key aspects of product delivery, from defining success metrics to articulating business benefits. This is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a supportive environment, while making a visible impact on the success of CGI’s strategic product initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Align: Support product vision and strategy, driving alignment with stakeholders and teams.
  • Measure & Evaluate: Define, track, and own OKRs and product metrics to assess success and inform future decisions.
  • Understand & Advocate: Represent customer needs and pain points, ensuring they are central to product development.
  • Analyse & Prioritise: Evaluate business requirements, define and prioritise user stories, and engage with development teams.
  • Communicate & Influence: Articulate business benefits, product impact, and market insights to guide stakeholders and teams.
  • Support & Grow: Take ownership of smaller features or product components, building your expertise in product lifecycle management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in product ownership, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams. A genuine interest in customer needs, market dynamics, and creating business value will be essential. Retail industry knowledge or French language skills would be a bonus.
