Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are looking for a Product Owner to help us lead digital work streams with a client-obsessed mindset. Being part of the bank’s Client & Employee Channels team, you will be acting as a client advocate, working together with technology teams to ensure that key requirements are being delivered as part of the product backlog. Successful candidates possess understanding of banking across wealth management and private banking, exposed to innovation & transformation trends in the industry and are experienced in agile ways of working and engagement of stakeholders across departments and geographies. The candidate will be a member of the Client & Employee Channels team and support the engagement & delivery of the Client & Employee Channels roadmap to support the Bank’s growth strategy globally. YOUR CHALLENGE Partner with Business, Technology, Markets, and Product teams to design end-to-end digital user journeys; gather requirements, define features, drive prioritisation and delivery Understand client needs to shape product vision, lead stakeholder engagement, manage change priorities and maintain a well-refined backlog aligned with epics and features Take full ownership of assigned products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver functionality, manage cross-ART dependencies and guide trade-off decisions Act as a trusted advisor to business and senior stakeholders, presenting design and implementation strategies and integrating continuous user feedback Support Change Management with training planning and support to develop accessible client and frontline engagement materials Strengthen product ownership practices through structured backlogs, clear accountability and consistent refinement Leverage behavioural analytics and usability testing to iterate and enhance client experiences Establish adoption frameworks and feedback mechanisms to ensure products meet evolving client needs Work closely with Legal and Compliance to evaluate regulatory implications of digital solutions Uphold the Bank’s values and conduct, demonstrating integrity, due diligence, fairness to clients, conflict-of-interest management, competence and adherence to all applicable rules and risk protocols YOUR PROFILE Proven track record (8–10 years) as a Product Owner in a financial institution, fintech, technology, or consulting environment, preferably within client-centric digital banking or wealth management platforms Demonstrated success in shaping and executing a product vision and strategy, leading the full lifecycle of digital solutions - from concept to scale - with a focus on enhancing end-to-end e-Banking client journeys, including core components such as landing page, navigation, account overview, settings, messaging and personalisation features Deep understanding of private banking client needs and digital behaviours, with hands-on experience designing and optimising digital self-service capabilities through iterative user feedback and Co-Creation Expertise in agile delivery methodologies and design thinking, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI, technology, research, change and compliance teams to deliver intuitive, secure and scalable e-Banking experiences Strong command of product discovery practices, leveraging client insights, behavioural data and usability testing to prioritise features that drive engagement, satisfaction and operational efficiency Skilled in balancing innovation with risk-aware decision-making, applying business acumen, control principles and data analytics to inform product direction and trade-offs Experience managing cross-functional, global teams and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels, particularly in complex, regulated environments Core Mindset: Client-obsessed, outcome-driven, collaborative and resilient in fast-paced transformation contexts Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Analyse, prioritise, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times Have excellent communication skills. Ability to process information quickly, break complex matters down Ability to articulate ideas clearly through daily engagements and presentations. Comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership & cross functional stakeholders to get required decisions Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams across regions Action oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of works Have grit, don’t give us easily.
