Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of product owner experience, preferably within financial services or securities industry. Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles and roadmaps. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with digital adoption tools, and client experience design. Experience working as a Product Owner in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Knowledge of collateral management, securities markets, and related regulations. Experience with UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams. Ability to leverage data insights to drive product innovation and client satisfaction.
