Role overview The Product Owner for Cloud & Data Centre Services to owns the end-to-end definition, delivery and operational readiness of cloud & data centre services. The role ensures clear requirements, prioritised backlogs and alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture and Support functions. Reporting to the Product Manager (Cloud & Data Centre), this is an individual contributor role with high cross-functional influence. Occassional travel to data centre sites (within Europe & LATAM) is expected for this position. What you'll do Define and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritisation for Data Centre Services. Translate customer needs, operational constraints, and technical realities into a clear, deliverable roadmap for Architecture, Engineering and Support. Work with Product Manager to align on product lifecycle improvements, maturity uplift and technical debt reduction. Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and Support to validate feasibility, unblock issues, and ensure predictable execution. Ensure Day-1 and Day-2 operational readiness in partnership with Service, Support and Operations. Ensure consistent cross-functional communication, including delivery status, risks and decision inputs for leadership. What are we looking for 3–5 years’ experience in Product Ownership or Technical Delivery roles with technical knowledge of data centres, infrastructure, cloud or related services. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery including translating technical requirements into structured backlogs and clear user stories. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to operate across Product, Engineering, Architecture and Support teams. Experience driving product readiness, operational/process definition, and launch preparation. Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and make prioritisation decisions.
