About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner with deep expertise in card issuing and fintech products to lead the development of cards issuing within the Colibrix Partners. You will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, Visa/Mastercard schemes, processing, and business partnerships to deliver a world-class product. Key Responsibilities Own the full product lifecycle for cards - from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization Manage roadmap, backlog, and priorities based on metrics, strategy, and customer needs Initiate and manage new card programs under BIN sponsorship / white-label models Collaborate with compliance, risk, finance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure adherence to scheme rules and internal policies Drive product features such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, 3DS, cashback, multi-card designs, dynamic limits, etc Analyze usage, transaction metrics, and adoption to continuously improve the product Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum) within the product team Support strong go-to-market communication in collaboration with marketing and partners Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in fintech / payments / card issuing Understanding of Visa / Mastercard scheme processes, BIN sponsorship, KYC/KYB, AML, 3DS, tokenization Experience with card processor integrations considered as an asset Knowledge of end-to-end card issuing processes Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Fluent in English with Russian as an asset What We Offer Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company Collaborative, horizontal team structure that values your expertise and ideas Continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
