Within Business Banking (BB) the Digital Business team is responsible for managing, improving and transforming the corporate and institutional banking platform, CommBiz. The digital platforms we leverage include NetBank, CommBiz and the CommBank app.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders (Product, branch network, risk, marketing, analytics and UX) to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities
  • Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.
  • Simplify complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams
  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations
  • Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
  • Manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc
