Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
Our Product Owner is the voice of the customer within our squads and is responsible for capturing and prioritizing the backlog in order to ensure that the correct product features and functionality are delivered and maintained throughout it’s lifecycle.
Some key responsibilities:
- Creating seamless, enterprise wide CIAM solutions that provide customers with ability to secure their access and data.
- Integration of CIAM solutions to both cloud and on-prem applications.
- Implementation of CIAM solution to ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer experience across all your products and services.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and complex ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback.
- Supporting the Squad in defining sprint goals, working collaboratively as a part of the Squad to execute and review the Sprint, continually improving ways of working to maximise value.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities with value-based decision making, providing strategic direction to the Squad in order to deliver Squad commitments - request help when needed.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the business value of the product and building strong relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business, to ensure that the product roadmap supports the business and technical strategy.
You will develop a deep understanding of the product, the business areas which leverage the product and the wider market forces driving the business.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Significant experience liaising with stakeholders understanding their needs, proposing solutions and translating these for other members of the Squad.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data and present it in accessible formats.
- Experience in agile requirements techniques including Personas, Story Mapping, Product Roadmaps, Backlog Management, etc.
- Experience of Agile software development – working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, encouraging the adoption and continuous improvement of practices.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients.Experience using identity platforms (Okta or Ping).
