Product Owner – CPQ and C4C (Lead to Quote/Quote to Cash) Product Engineering at Leaseweb Our team of approximately 90 engineers is working in small scrum teams. Each team has end to end responsibility for a specific product or part of our architecture. We work on a remote-first basis, coming together in person at our Amsterdam headquarters twice a year. The Product Owner is responsible for our SAP CPQ and SAP C4C product. You maintain, drive and communicate the team’s backlog. You make tactical decisions on the next best thing to deliver, backlog priorities and how to best utilize the platforms. You continuously traverse the backlog; deep diving into the next thing to deliver, and high-level refine longer term items. You build strong relationships with stakeholders in different departments. Key Responsibilities: Work with Business Process Owner to define product vision, roadmap and continuous platform improvement. Maintain a backlog aligned to strategic goals and priorities. Lead delivery of CRM features, including CPQ, quote-to-cash workflows, and reporting Motivate the team with clear direction, articulating what and why Align with different departments, and manage related dependencies Find the right balance between new feature development, customer deliveries, and platform maintenance. Oversee configuration and implementation to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. Monitor performance and deliver high-quality releasesOversee the integration of CPQ/C4C with ERP, Commerce and Marketing tool. Up to date with SAP releases and impact on the landscape and processes. Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and best practices. Who are you? You have a strong background and Proven experience as a Product Owner or CRM Business, understand the products and easily communicate with the stakeholders. You build strong relationships, those that you can rely on. You make sure you stay informed on what is going on and decide what to do next. You like structure and are well organized. Our ideal candidate has: 4-7 years of experience in CRM, lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, and customer service processes. Experience working as a Product Owner Energetic/go getter attitude, with proven capacity to motivate a team Experience working in agile delivery teams with tools like Jira and Confluence Commercial minded, able to focus on the customers’ and stakeholders’ needs Excellent communication skills (in English) Benefits include: The salary for this position ranges from 63.000 Euros to 80.000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills. The final offer is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as how the offer aligns with internal equity and our established salary framework.
