ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• To start with act as a Business Analyst, setup meetings with different stakeholders to understand Transaction Monitoring needs and requirements. The Product Owner needs to facilitate close collaboration with appointed persons within Transaction Monitoring to understand their needs and requirements.
• Document the requirements at different hierarchy levels in our Jira backlog with Epics and Features and as a part of our Product Management team, refine the backlog items further from Business perspective and prioritise features.
• Be a part of our Product Management team with together with other POs and PM.
• Support relevant architects and IT analysts in creating a high level solutions design.
• Act as SAFe/Agile product Owner for one or more development teams throughout the whole development and release cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a BSc. in engineering like computer science or systems engineering or proven corresponding work experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Backlog- refinement and management.
• Experience from agile product development (MVP thinking) preferably Agile Product Owner/Product Management certification.
• Great Team player.
• Experience in AML is beneficial.
