• They advise the specialist departments on data issues, enforce bank-wide guidelines, and are responsible for the product roadmap for data products and reporting services in a data lake environment (the technical infrastructure lies with the application owners).
• They prioritize the product backlog in coordination with relevant departments and product owners as data consumers, from beginning (such as data collection) to end (such as reporting).
• They drive the transformation from "project" to "data product", establish data-driven work, and translate business requirements into prioritized data and reporting use cases.
• They integrate AI capabilities into the platform (e.g., automated data quality checks, anomaly detection, AI-supported data cataloging).
• Together with the relevant department, you will define and monitor product KPIs such as data quality rate, BCBS-239 compliance level, time-to-insight, and platform availability.
• At the start of your work, you will actively participate in shaping the development of the PO role in the Product & Innovation chapter and develop collaboration with relevant interfaces.
• And in this role, you are responsible for the further development of your "product" towards greater agility, automation, and the integration of AI.

This will convince us

• Completed studies in economics, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the data or business intelligence field, ideally with cross-functional data topics and consideration of regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data platforms, data lake architectures or BI systems (e.g. SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power BI) 
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality management
• High affinity for data, strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
