JOB SUMMARY

Define and prioritize digital product features, align requirements with stakeholders, manage development timelines, ensure optimal functionality, and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvements.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Platform Proficiency: Online marketplace ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, PIM systems, Content Management System, UI/UX design, SEO, JIRA, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Product Architecture: Solution Design, System Integrations, and Automations & Workflows
  • Development Methodologies & Tools: Agile, Lean, Waterfall, JIRA, Salesforce, SAP Hybris (SAP ERP is a plus)
  • Technology Insight: Emerging technologies, solutions, and tools
  • Data & Analytics: Handle, interpret, and manage data to obtain insights.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset and execution.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2-3 years in product management, business analysis, and software delivery, preferably in eCommerce and/or digital platforms.
  • Experience in understanding business context and processes and collaborating with teams in delivering value to business users and customers.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and alignment with cross-functional teams.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in product development or adoption, and proactively implement solutions to address challenges.
