JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Reporting to a Product Group Owner within the Direct Investing Journey, the Product Owner (PO) will provide thought leadership and oversight of the Direct Investing ' digital client onboarding experiences’. The PO will drive key results by defining the strategy and feature roadmap based on client feedback/research/analysis, and aligning with senior management, other POs, and IT/delivery teams. The PO will ensure development pods creat e value through c ustomer-focused releases , by continuously improv ing the delivery process, contribut ing to a positive work environment, and ensur ing work embodies A gile principles.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have an undergraduate degree in business, technology, or related field
  • 7+ years in wealth/banking of which 3+ years were focused on work with digital platforms/technology teams as a Product Manager/Owner or other Agile related delivery role
  • Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification, other project management certifications are an asset.
  • Experience working in the Self-Directed Investing space is an asset.
