KEY EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Strong track record in design and delivery of end-to-end impactful people experiences
  • Experience in graduate and early careers program design and delivery
  • You will be passionate about relentlessly improving our employees’ lived experience and will have both a strong delivery orientation, and the demonstrated ability to shape and articulate a compelling vision for the future.
  • You will be able to demonstrate effectiveness in creating clarity, removing complexity, and building alignment and you will have a history of setting ambitious stretch goals, applying good judgement to take smart risks and deliver value.
  • You will have a history of anticipating changing customer needs, ensuring the right initiatives are identified, prioritised, and delivered to achieve outcomes.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You have experience in Agile delivery and can champion agile ways of working with the squad
  • You are able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects/streams at the same time
  • You’re customer obsessed and can make hard trade-off decisions that best optimise for customer value.
  • You will be comfortable with uncertainty, and taking on big challenges that push you outside of your comfort zone
  • You will be curious and open to learning new things, and taking accountability for finding solutions to challenging, ambiguous problems
  • You will be confident to contribute your views, effectively communicating with and influencing a range of stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Development of graduate and early career product vision and roadmap
  • Development of our early careers people value proposition
  • Defining and iterating our target graduate and early careers experience through robust listening across prospective, current and alumni.
  • Seamless delivery of annual graduate and intern cycle activation
  • Work hands on with Talent Acquisition, Skilling and Technology and engage with key stakeholders of early careers talent across the business to align on product vision, strategy and delivery plan to meet our strategic workforce plans
  • Test concepts, quickly learn and iterate on the product direction
  • Prioritise initiatives within the product roadmap and deliver within an agile framework
  • Define, track and communicate graduate and early career product goals
  • Deliver improved year on year impact through efficient and effective management of budget and vendor partners
