PRODUCT OWNER - COMMERCE B2B AND CUSTOMER ONBOARDING

Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our IT Commercial Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP Commerce B2B platform and Customer Onboarding Solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Commerce CCV2, sales process and Customer Onboarding process. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams and the customer onboarding squad to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in SAP Commerce and sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Commerce CCV2, Sales processes, and digital product management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with other digital sales platforms and tools.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the backlog of SAP Commerce B2B and Consumer Onboarding products in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize items in alignment with the squad mission, business goals, and quarterly OKRs.
  • Ensure priorities are met and harmonized with other IT teams, enabling the autonomous execution of prioritized items by the solution delivery team within the defined sprint time.
  • Create detailed User Stories for prioritized backlog items, ensuring the proposed solution design is approved by other IT teams and providing the necessary level of detail for the delivery team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure alignment with global and local business and solution architecture teams, seeking harmonization of processes and solutions.
  • Lead the solution delivery team (Squad), providing direction for the execution of prioritized items for the Sprint. Act as a problem solver for obstacles encountered during Sprint execution.
  • Ensure the correct transfer of completed solutions to the Application Support team.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues.
