We are looking for a Product Owner for whom ownership and proactivity runs in the DNA. As PO, you will work with complex structures and many stakeholders. Therefore, you must thrive within stakeholder management and coordination within tight deadlines.
You will be part of a team of 8 working within Issuance and Product Innovation. The role is a replacement of a team member who are retiring. We are a team of busy bees on not one, not two, but three big missions in addition to business as usual. We therefor need a person, who is up for a challenge, who has an inner detective and like to solve big (financial) puzzles with many stakeholders and who aim for excellence.

Job summary/Main purpose
As Product Owner you will the short term lead our Corporate Action project from a product perspective until its launch in Q4 2025 while also onboarding on new and existing initiatives and business-as-usual activities. Your role will involve representing stakeholder interests, defining the product vision, and prioritizing development to ensure the delivery of valuable features. Additionally, you will outline solutions, project requirements, and functional specifications.
In other words, this is a role for a person who are curious and ready explore and learn within the core of the Financial Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and measure post-launch efficiency.
  • Document, prioritize, and communicate product requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on larger projects, providing clear vision and guidance. For 2025 it will be particular the ongoing Corporate Action project, CA4U.
  • Coordinate closely with the Issuance team and other product teams.
  • Ensure successful client onboarding and seamless product launches.
  • Organize user acceptance testing and escalate significant risks promptly.
  • Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, and transition to business-as-usual, guiding through demand, confirmation, go-live, and closure phases.

Profile and Skills

  • Experience as a Product Owner using agile methodologies, preferably in banking, financial infrastructure, or IT.
  • Experience or interests within Corporate Action, e.g. in a back office role or similar.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, balancing detail with strategic vision.
  • Ability to build relationships, drive projects autonomously, and translate inputs into requirements.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and pragmatic.
  • Preferred international business experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of higher education (or equivalent work experience).
