We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Owner to join our product team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS platforms. As a Product Owner at eyworks, you’ll be the bridge between business goals and engineering execution, championing the voice of the customer, refining product direction, and ensuring delivery of meaningful features that drive value and adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PRODUCT VISION & ROADMAPDefine, articulate, and evolve the product vision and roadmap in alignment with strategic company goals and user needs.
- BACKLOG OWNERSHIPOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritised by value, and continuously refined in collaboration with stakeholders and developers.
- USER STORIES & REQUIREMENTSCreate clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Translate complex requirements into simple, deliverable tasks for the development team.
- STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENTAct as the central point of contact between internal teams — including marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering — ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared priorities.
- AGILE DELIVERYCollaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to deliver high-quality releases.
- CUSTOMER & MARKET INSIGHTGather insights through direct customer feedback, usage analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
- PERFORMANCE TRACKINGDefine success metrics and monitor product KPIs related to engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Use data to continuously improve the product experience.
- RELEASE COORDINATIONOversee release planning and ensure smooth deployment of features, updates, and fixes across environments, with clear communication to all stakeholders.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTProactively identify problems and opportunities to deliver enhanced value to users, focusing on optimising UX and business outcomes.
