You must be willing to help us build a new reporting solution across the globe. Responsibilities: Deep understanding of Finance industry and Compliance reporting Deep understanding of processes and products for Private Banking customers Nice to have - experience in Functional Analysis, Private Banking, Wealth Management Minimal understanding on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to synchronize and plan with other parties Drive the engagement of the business users in defining requirements & participating to UAT testing Drive the translation of the business needs into models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients Actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements Preferred experience: Compliance Reporting skills BI tools Skills: Excellent communication and English skills Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic Excellent teamwork with collaborative, innovative and intelligent problem solving Build product vision and explain it to the team Actively seeks to reduce complexity and do the “right thing” Persistent in your drive for quality and excellence Architecturally minded with an ability to simplify complex activities Influencer and problem-solving person Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations Performance and productivity oriented to drive toward results Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people Well-being & Benefits Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
