Description

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS, digital platform, or B2B tech environment
A proven track record owning complex product domains in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the strategic and entrepreneurial thinking to match
Genuine conviction in outcome-based, user-centric product management, ideally being inspired by the mothododloies of Marty Cagan and Teresa Torres
Fluent English required; German is a strong plus for day-to-day collaboration with local teams
Deep hands-on experience with product discovery, experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders as well as engineering and design peers
Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling organization that is actively transforming from a feature-led to a product-led operating model
