THE EXPERTISE AND SKILLS YOU BRING

Owns alignment on “what” and “when” work is performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. Partners with other product delivery owners to influence broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements to set and refine the mission. Responsible for balancing strategic and program level requirements in the product with core and maintenance changes including TLM, enterprise technology strategy prioritization.

  • BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital product development and financial services preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with institutional clients including financial advisor firms preferred
  • Ability to lead and improve sophisticated programs while demonstrating positive relationship skills across business teams such as technology, service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal/risk/compliance
  • Ability to coach and empower team to prioritize work, focus on execution, identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress
  • Data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into action, and measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics
  • Agile, Jira and Jira Align experience preferred

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

National Charitable Services (NCS) is seeking a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset.
