This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner - Finance Super App based in India. In this role, you will be responsible for translating product vision and business goals into clear, actionable requirements that drive the delivery of a large-scale financial super app. You will work at the center of product execution, ensuring that user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows are well-defined and ready for engineering implementation. The position requires strong attention to detail and ownership across the delivery lifecycle, from backlog management to post-launch validation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of complex financial journeys. The environment is fast-paced and highly iterative, with a strong focus on clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in ensuring product quality by actively validating features and identifying gaps before and after release. Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure sprint readiness for engineering teams. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Translate complex financial workflows into structured and executable product flows. Participate in feature validation and pre-release testing to ensure high product quality. Track bugs, edge cases, and post-launch issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution throughout the delivery cycle. Requirements: Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or similar delivery-focused role. Strong ability to write clear, structured requirements and break down complex work for engineering teams. Good understanding of user journeys, edge cases, and operational product flows. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ownership mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and changing priorities. Hands-on experience in product testing and validation before and after release. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer digital products is a plus. Ability to identify gaps in product flows and proactively drive improvements.
