DESCRIPTION:

The client is seeking a Product Owner responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, engaging with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog including production issue triaging while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components. Responsible for product backlog maintenance, acceptance criteria and managing plans, issues and risks.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• MUST have Single Family Acquisitions , Custody and Secondary Market domain expertise
• MUST have good understanding of the different Lender/customer industry delivery file XML formats such as MISMO/ULDD, 1003/ULAD, UCD and must be comfortable with data mapping exercises
• Successful track record working in Scaled Agile environments preferred
• AWS Cloud technologies know-how is a huge plus
• Demonstrated success building consensus, monitoring progress and results as well as providing findings on significant matters.
• Experience soliciting customer feedback and responding to product-related inquiries
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to vet product ideas and influence decision making on product enhancements
• Strong analytical skills in sourcing insights, identifying best practices and opportunities.
• Risk and controls experience.
• Experience in creating end user training materials preferred
