REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in the POS, retail tech, or SaaS domain.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a track record of success in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma).
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and user behavior to guide product decisions.
  • A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Understanding of UX principles and experience working alongside design teams is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with company goals and the evolving POS market landscape.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that features align with both business objectives and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to drive development and go-to-market success.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Champion user-centric design, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Analyze product performance through metrics and user data, using insights to guide iterations and enhancements.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
  • Gather, document, and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
