In this role, you will help create product experiences which help business leaders reach a wide network of peers to get timely advice. What You’ll Do: Bring product priorities to life through a clear articulation of a user’s journey, behaviours, needs, and pain points. Lead Facilitate the product lifecycle from discovery, through design, development and in-market iterations. Partner closely with Product Design during UX / Design reviews and provide candid, constructive, and clear feedback backed with customer insights. Own the entire user story process, from creation through acceptance. Partner closely with Engineering for technical solutions and the feasibility of product designs. Collaborate with customer success, product marketing, and sales to ensure a world class experience. What you’ll be responsible for: Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the product vision, strategy, and goals. Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and define success metrics for features and enhancements. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding feature requirements and priorities. Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on feedback, business value, and changing needs. Monitor and report on product progress, outcomes, and KPIs to the Product Manager and stakeholders. Advocate for the customer experience throughout the product development lifecycle. Document user journeys for the product along with customer feedback. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s Degree required 2-3 years of experience as a product owner or product manager Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills. Experience translating user and business needs into functional requirements. Experience in iterative product development using agile methodologies shipping products using agile methodologies. Hands-on experience working with designers and engineers. Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment Deep curiosity and advocacy for exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities

The Product Owner will collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements from various stakeholders to create and maintain a well-defined product backlog. They will also own the user story process, work closely with development teams for timely delivery, and continuously refine the backlog based on feedback and business value.
