KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development.
• 3+ years in an Agile setting (SCRUM/SAFE methodologies).
• Proven product management experience with AI or technology products.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, Mistral, Gemini).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player and leader, able to engage others toward a common goal.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to a technical audience.
• Data-driven approach (OKRs and KPIs) for roadmap validation.
• CSPO or PSPO I certification.
• Fluent in English (French proficiency preferred).
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and passion for innovation in technology.

• Product Leadership: Lead a SCRUM team to maximize value in alignment with strategic goals.
• Backlog Management: Oversee backlog clarity and readiness; lead sprint sessions for feature delivery.
• Vision & Strategy: Create and regularly update a vision and roadmap to meet business and technology needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Track platform performance using KPIs to guide improvement decisions.
• Market Insight: Analyze AI trends to enhance competitiveness.
• Governance & Prioritization: Implement governance for effective decision-making within the Agile framework.
• User Adoption & Feedback: Assess user satisfaction to maximize engagement and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Value Focus: Collaborate with Product Managers to maximize product value.
• Reporting & Discussion: Analyze platform performance and report on strategic outcomes.
• Detailed Planning: Decompose features into tasks for clarity and task management.
• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with AI researchers and engineers for smooth implementation.
• Agile Involvement: Engage in Agile ceremonies to monitor progress against objectives.
• User Engagement: Build relationships with users to understand their needs.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across product management, business units, and IT.
