• Lead product development for discover, search, and select use cases on Grover.com
• Identify opportunities in customer pain points and design systems that drive key metrics
• Make thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of team and company priorities
• Write user stories and hypothesise detailed specifications
• Communicate product plans and results to engineers, leadership, and internal customers
