EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
  • Challenges the norm and provide the thought leadership in real-time analytics space, links the threats and use cases to various ML&AI capabilities that we can leverage or build to reduce crime impact
  • Leads critical and complex change that includes continuous improvement, design of new processes, and embrace ML&AI driven approach across the ecosystem
  • Leads the planning, communication, and short-term / long-term execution and ensure ongoing alignment with relevant stakeholders
  • Contributes to Platform level maturity measures, sets the new bar for the team, and drives material analytics driven cultural changes
  • Participate in end to end fraud process mapping and take lead to ensure the design of product features /or control solutions used in the process are effective and optimized
  • Proactive management of pertinent relationships inclusive of the line of business owner/executive, fraud operations, other control partners, or vendors etc. Implementation of Policy changes and independently validating adherence to existing policies and procedure
  • Undertakes and completes a variety of projects and initiatives - often of a highly sensitive nature, and usually with minimal guidance or direction
  • Familiar with scaled agile, traditional waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
