This Position reports to:
Digital Integration Leader
In this role you will be part of the Digital Platforms and Capabilities Agile Unit. Your direct reporting line will be to a Chapter Leader and the dotted reporting line to your Agile Unit Leader. Agile Unit mission: We enable the Solution and Product Platform Agile Units to make the best use of digital technologies, common standards and capabilities.
We are looking for a Product Owner for our Agile Team “Innovate: Digital Services & Technologies”. Agile Team mission: “We shape and execute strategic trajectories to embrace new technologies and business models, by cultivating key partnerships and research ecosystems, to amplify the digital innovation across our portfolio.”
Work model: onsite/hybrid/remote.
The location is flexible with the preference to Sweden, Finland ,Germany, Italy, Switzerland , Spain, France.
Your responsibilities:

• Outline and iterate the Agile Team mission and direction as defined in the Annual Business Review / Quarterly Business Review (ABR/QBR) by developing vision, purpose, requirements, and priorities in key focus areas, together with the Agile Team members • Empower the agile team members to co-create and contribute to the vision and the roadmap of the agile team to take ownership of the team deliverables

  • Ensure organizational alignment with stakeholders by transferring their needs into prioritized requirements
  • Mitigate impediments that impact successful completion of the release/sprint goals
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog (backlog refinement), align with the entire Agile Team and jointly specify concrete user stories (sprint planning) Your main accountabilities specific to new Agile Team scope
  • Define vision and innovation strategy for Digital portfolio evolution, according to global macrotrends, new state-of-the-art technologies and products long term evolution
  • Manage and experiment new digital technologies and business models for new projects with the aim to develop innovative solutions according to the strategy
  • Create, manage and coordinate a digital partners ecosystem (Research Centers, Universities, Technology giants and partners, Startup) to develop common projects and new field of applications
  • Manage and develop digital prototypes and POC to boost digital innovation within the Digital Portfolio
  • Organize, attend and design specific trainings to learn state-of-the-art tools, technologies, methodologies and services, even if not part of ELSP typical scope
  • Drive scaling-up of successful POCs together with other Agile Teams and stakeholders

Qualifications for the role:

  • Experience in design, management and maintenance of digital cloud infrastructure, common hardware, and software
  • Understanding of digital business models of the existing Electrification/ELSP digital portfolio, the competitive landscape and digital improvement processes
  • Skilled in managing a horizontal team together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Digital/start-up mindset: “Keep it simple, make it happen.”
  • Understanding of customer needs, business and market dynamics as well as the key challenges that drive potential solutions
  • Proven capability for constructive cross-functional collaboration, paired with good communication, coordination, and coaching skills
  • Fluency in English
